The bank holiday weekend here, so we snuck out for a couple of things... .. it was a weekend carbootNANZA!...yes, carbooting on sunday and monday... does life get any better?? :)
We picked up a few bits and pieces so now the list is almost empty... Nic says thats ok, we just need a new list :) Sunday was collld and wet, the car boot was tricky when its raining and muddy...although on Monday it was a delightful day, sunny and warm.
We then decided to take a drive to a recently restored Windmill just outside "Farm Town" interesting name me thinks... i mean cmon.. is it a farm?.. or a town?.. make up your mind. Nevertheless the windmill was quite delightful, it was left to ruin until a few years ago, when english Heritage took it on and have rebuilt it, its nearly complete just awaiting the sales to finish it off.
